Welcome to Rosemarie Wulfes, Physiotherapist

Physiotherapy focus is on assessing and treating musculoskeletal injuries.

My approach to musculoskeletal conditions is to assess and include rehabilitation and self management strategies to assist with acute and chronic conditions.

My areas of interest include headache, shoulder pain and dysfunction, neck pain and lower limb biomechanical dysfunction.

I do have a ‘hands on’ approach, however I believe that empowering a client to get to know their body and how it works it so important to ongoing injury management and prevention.

Bio: Rosemarie Wulfes

Rosemarie grew up in South Africa and qualified with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 1993 at the University of Pretoria.

After working in South Africa for 18 months, travel beckoned. I worked in New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton, England for all of 1995. Romance brought me to Sydney, Australia in September 1996. My employment at Concord Repatriation Hospital, Sydney, included 2 years of being a cardio-thoracic clinical educator to third and fourth year physiotherapy students. I then became involved in disabled sport and had the privilege of being part of the Sydney 2000 Paralympics wheelchair tennis coverage. Involvement in wheelchair sports led to work in a manipulative/musculoskeletal practice in Caringbah, Sydney for 3 years.

Adventure brought us to Margaret River in 2002 and we fell in love with this town and community. I have worked in private practice treating musculoskeletal injuries since then.
